Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Swinger For You Swinger Club processes on the swingerklub.hu website, for what purpose and for how long, who has access, and what your rights are. The website is for adults aged 18 and over only.
1. The controller
The controller is Swinger For You Swinger Club (Győri út 18/A, 1123 Budapest), e-mail: swingerforyouklub@gmail.com; its company details are in the Imprint. This notice covers the swingerklub.hu website and related e-mails. Processing is based on the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Hungarian Privacy Act. Last updated: September 2026.
2. What data we process and why
Website registration
Display name, e-mail address, password (stored only as an encrypted hash). Purpose: your account and posting on the board. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: until you delete your account.
Newsletter
E-mail address. Double opt-in confirmation, unsubscribe link in every message. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
Contact and rental forms
Name, e-mail, phone number, message. Purpose: replying, quoting. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: 12 months.
Message board
Public posts under your display name; phone numbers and e-mail addresses are masked when saved. Legal basis: consent. Retention: until the post is deleted, which you can request at any time.
Visitor statistics
By default, cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify you. Google Analytics runs only with your consent given in the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical logs
The hosting provider logs IP addresses briefly for security (legitimate interest). A session cookie is set only for logged-in users.
3. Processors and transfers
- Hosting, database and analytics: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and its European data centres; transfers outside the EU rely on the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
- Newsletter and system e-mails: a third-party e-mail delivery provider under a data processing agreement.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) – only with your consent.
- We do not pass data to any other third party and do not sell it.
4. What we do not do
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No ID checks, and no more data collected than necessary.
- We never give out our users’ contact details to anyone.
- The website is not for under-18s; if we learn of such a person’s data, we delete it.
5. Your rights
- Access: find out what data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Rectification and erasure: ask us to correct or delete your data – including your account and posts.
- Restriction, objection and data portability under the GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Complaints: the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or the courts. We answer requests sent to the e-mail address above within 30 days.
6. Security and changes
The website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and only the club’s administrators have access to the data. We update this notice from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
